If an order is placed, it will be passed on to Soraya the same working day. You can expect each piece of jewelry that is made especially for you after approximately 5 working days. Provided that the chosen materials are in stock. If it takes longer, we will indicate this or call you to discuss the matter. Within the Netherlands, most packages are sent as PostNL letterbox package if possible (so staying at home is not necessary). Orders as a gift are sent by parcel post via PostNL (you pay €5.95 extra for this, but you indicate this when ordering)....

Most of the jewelry from Ouroboros By Soraya is handmade by Soraya. The jewelry is made with the greatest care after your order, in order to offer you the best possible quality. That is why we offer a 3-month warranty on handmade items from the date of purchase (to be exact, exactly one hundred days). If a problem arises with your jewelry within this period, we will do everything we can to solve this problem. I lost a pin, can I order a new one? Oops that can happen. You can order a new one via info@ouroboros.shop If you have the Glenn bracelet with a small clasp, you must order a 4 mm pin. If you have a wide bracelet, you probably have the Ron and you will need to order a 5mm pin.
