Most of the jewelry from Ouroboros By Soraya is handmade by Soraya. The jewelry is made with the greatest care after your order, in order to offer you the best possible quality. That is why we offer a 3-month warranty on handmade items from the date of purchase (to be exact, exactly one hundred days). If a problem arises with your jewelry within this period, we will do everything we can to solve this problem.
